This tastefully designed home in the heart of Saratoga is just what you need for a relaxing vacation. It features a fully equipped kitchen, basement with two bedrooms, full bathroom, separate lounge area, and workout area. The upstairs has a living room, 2 bedrooms with main floor bathroom, master bedroom and bath, laundry/pantry room. The home is minutes to downtown Saratoga, SPAC and the track. Enjoy relaxing by the pool or unwinding by the fire pit. Come create memories at The Oasis!

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house with the exception of three owner closets that are locked inside the home, three tool cabinets and all the yellow and black storage bins located in the garage as well as the shed. Please do not attempt to open the closets, bins or cabinets.

A complete list of house, pool, exercise equipment rules will be shared with you when booking, as well as a wavier that will need to be signed prior to check-in. Please, ensure you and your guest have read and understand our rules.

Mailbox Zone: Please avoid parking in front of the mailbox—our mail carrier needs a clear path to deliver our mail and packages. 📬

Neighbor Courtesy: Kindly refrain from parking across from our neighbor’s driveway to keep the peace and ensure everyone can come and go with ease. 🚙
