The space
This recently renovated, 2-floor apartment features a spacious, open floor plan living and dining area with gorgeous natural light, plenty of comfy seating, and a flat screen TV—all extended by a beautiful screened-in porch with seating area and large shared backyard. The galley kitchen is well-stocked with cooking essentials, coffee, and tea, and has a connected half bathroom for easy downstairs access. Upstairs, two cozy bedrooms showcase even more natural light, and the master bath includes a double vanity, spacious tub, and glass door shower. Driveway parking for 2 vehicles and access to basement laundry.
