Millwheel Cottage is a beautiful single level stone cottage located on the Colmer Estate in the heart of South Devon. Sleeping up to 4 guests it's a comfortable base to relax in or explore the area. Beaches, quaint towns and vineyards are all within a short drive. Perfectly located to explore the local beaches and towns of Salcombe and Dartmouth. The estate includes a lake, woodland meadows, tennis court, walled gardens, play area and swimming pools, indoor and outdoor (seasonal).

- Fitness gymnasium with a good range of equipment (open Easter until end of October).
- Picnicking by the private lake.
- Water garden with board walk.

Who we think it's perfect for...
- With opportunities to play basketball, football, table-tennis and boules. A magical walled garden with play equipment, a boules pit, picnic tables and a games room with a table football and darts, this property would be perfect for a family with young children looking to relax using the on site facilities and explore the area by car.
- A couple or group of friends looking for a stylish compact base to explore the area.

Need to know....
- Laundry facilities are shared on the estate with a coin operated laundry room.
- An excellent indoor heated swimming pool. Upon arrival, times of use can be reserved for each home for exclusive use of the pool.
- Outdoor pool open & heated 24 May - 06 September. From the 06 September to 20th September the outdoor pool will still be open but not heated, after the 20th September it will be closed for the rest of the Season.
- On site payphone in indoor swimming pool lobby.
- The property provides bath towels but not swimming or beach towels.
- Parking: Designated space near to the cottage for one car. Further visitor parking available within the estate nearby.

About a holiday in the area...
This is a wonderful holiday destination with fantastic facilities on the doorstep. Whilst there is plenty to occupy busy people at Colmer, there are many places within the extensive grounds of this lovely location for those seeking peace and tranquillity in an idyllic location.
