It was a good stay. It can only fit 2 people with 2 big luggages at most. It is very close to kuromon market place and a good walk (about 10 minutes) to namba park mall and dotombori.

Lisa was a good host. She accepted our request even in a such short notice.. she even let us leave our luggage at around 11am considering the previous tenant checkout past 10am.. the location was great very near den den town due south.. just beside kuromon market.. and mins away from namba cbd.. 10mins walk to shinsaibashi arcade.. got a family mart and a grocery store within the neighborhood.. food was available 24/7.. Thanks again. Till next time

The room is very clean and comfortable. It provides every daily life items, such as towl, teeth blush, soup, sandals, spoon... A verygood plcae to live and rest. Location is good, easy to find. Except there are no TV, and need to walk up 7stairs to arrive the elecator, this is a perfect place.

Lisa's room location is really good, close to Namba station and Nippombashi station. It's also close to Kuromon Ichiba Market (within 5 min walking distance) and shopping areas. If you shop late, you can still walk back to the room. It's really nice for those like shopping. However, the room is little bit small which may not allow you to open two luggages at the same time. Other than that everything is fine.

We had a great time staying at Lisa's place; it is so conveniently near the Subway station and the Dotonbori area. Although small the studio was cosy and quiet. Thanks for the notices for the washing machine and the air conditioner. It was too bad the futons were so thin and quite uncomfortable but we had a pleasant stay !

Unfortunately we had an unpleasant experience at our last day at this place. It was our last day in Japan, after an 11 day journey, so obviously the two of us were tired and so looking forward to fly back to our country (Indonesia). Our first flight was at 16.40 local time out of Kansai International Airport (KIX). So our plan was to check out at 12.00 from Lisa’s place, and head straight to the airport from Namba station. However, at some time past 09.40, I tried to turn on the water faucet, but no water came out. I reached out to Lisa, and she mentioned that there’s a water maintenance from apartment on that day. Apparently, the water maintenance was occurring that day from 09.00 to 16.00. It has to note that Lisa knew about this but failed to mention it to us before our stay at her place. This became a real problem for us, as it goes without saying that water is essential for life. We were not able to drink, cook, and take a shower. We just woke up thirsty and of course getting hydrated is important in the morning, but we were not able to do that. We also planned to cook instant noodles and eggs for breakfast (that we bought the day before), but also were not able to do that. We were not able to do bathroom activities and take a shower to clean ourselves. This was in the middle of us having to pack and getting ready to travel to KIX. We are also disappointed in the lack of Lisa’s response. We messaged her repeatedly and tried to call her but got no immediate response in this critical situation. She offered no solution on how to remediate this issue (e.g. call the landlord, provide alternatives, or else). At the end we had to leave to KIX very uncomfortable, having not showered, hungry and thirsty. We ended up having to take a shower at KIX airport, at 510 Japanese Yen per person. We ended up leaving behind our eggs that we bought the day before as we could not cook them. We were pretty much in distraught as we were not expecting to have no water at all. AirBnB, we want to know how you will compensate us for this. As I try to express in this message it has been such an awful experience. This is clearly a lesson for all AirBnB hosts to always be aware on their place situation and keep the guests informed of what may happen.
