Stunning town house refurbished in 2015, this modern property is over 4 floors and has stunning views over the Harbour and the Solent beyond. It also boast its own private pontoon and off street parking. Just minutes from the towns restaurants.
A great undercover eating area with views over the harbour and a good sized garden where you can sit and relax watching the world sail by.

The space

There are only a handful of houses that not just overlook the harbour and its marinas but actually backs onto the water with a jetty and pontoon that whilst it dries out at low water you can pick up and drop off or moor the boat for a few hours, unless you're happy for it to go aground at low tide.
All of Cowes facilities are just a few minutes walk away from the house with restaurants, pubs and shops just metres away but once you are inside ths detached house peace and tranquility reigns.

Guest access

There is a key safe at the property which you will get the code for a few days before arrival, check in is after 3pm and checkout by 10am.

Interaction with guests

I live locally so am on hand to sort out any problems should they arise, I will call on you after you arrive to make sure you have everything you need and then again on the checkout morning but if you need any local knowledge whilst you are here please do not hesitate to ask.

This is a wonderful house in an amazing location in the lovely town of Cowes. Just minutes from the main high street, it's the perfect place for a large family or group of friends to stay. The house itself is stunning, with bright, airy rooms and beautiful decor, and everything you could possibly need to make your stay the most comfortable! Carol is great and she even had some freshly baked scones, clotted cream and jam waiting for us when we arrived! Couldn't recommend this place enough.

It's hard to convey in a few words just how good Alban House is and how thoughtful and helpful Carol is! Just had a fantastic long weekend with my family (12 off us in all). The house is superb and so spacious. Very much planning to go again as soon as practical. If your thinking about - just go. You won't regret it.

What a fantastic house and location in Cowes . The house and Amenities were all top class . Excellent host with great communication . Lovely views and great place to sit and watch the world go by . Very close to shops , pubs , restaurants,yet generally a quiet location, just away from the main hustle and bustle of the centre .Good road links to visit the rest of the Island and it's attractions . Well done to all involved !
