This is a quiet and sunny loft apartment in a converted, multipurpose mill building. Minutes from downtown Northampton and Smith College. Also convenient for Williston parents. A great restaurant and bar are located on the first floor of the building. There is everything from a yoga studio to a high-end hair salon. The bike path is directly behind the building. Breweries are a 2 minute walk. Easthampton has a great bakery and it's own great restaurants without the hassle of Northampton parking.

There is so much to do in Easthampton and the surrounding areas. You will find a sheet in the apartment that lists favorite restaurants in the area and also things that are walking distance from the apartment--breweries, bike path--or activities in the building itself, yoga studio, acupuncture studio, restaurant, bar, hair salon.

Enjoyed our stay here. This is a classic urban-style loft unit. Lots of character in a giant old mill building (seriously, it is gigantic). Unit is equipped with everything you would likely want and is very clean and contemporary (while retaining the history of the structure). You could cook complete meals in the kitchen (we didn't--great restaurants nearby). Good sunset views over the steeples in town. Air conditioned for warm days. Paula is a very attentive landlord who also respects your privacy. Only observation is the fourth floor is served by the slowest elevator in the country--literally takes 40 seconds to travel four stories. However, the elevator means you don't need to lug suitcases up stairs. We would stay here again.

Staying at Paula's was even better than I had anticipated. She communicates in a timely manner and thoroughly addressed any specifics about her apartment which made my stay stress free. Everything you could possibly need is readily available, along with coffee beans and grinder. Her place has a very efficient and attractive design that creates a pleasing environment. Enjoyable to just stay in and read one of her many books. Walkability is outstanding with the nearby bike trail and many restaurants.

This is the second time that we have stayed in Paula's amazing loft and hope to return again next year! It is such a beautiful space with lovely decorations and is very well cared for by Paula. It's perfect for a couple with two levels and a private bedroom upstairs. Paula includes lot of details, like toiletries and leaving us coffee and creamer, which is very thoughtful. The loft itself is gorgeous and has amazing views of Mt. Tom. It is in an old factory building that has been turned into businesses, apartments, and studio spaces. We love walking around the building and checking out the local attractions. It is located a short walk to downtown Easthampton or on the bike path to Northampton. It's also a short drive to downtown Northhampton (about 10 minutes). Paula was very communicative and asked us if she could stop by to show us how the AC worked and also gave us some suggestions of local things to do. We hope to return for a third visit next year!

Great Place in a very cool building. The only thing I wish I knew was that the windows do not open ( this very well may have been disclosed and I missed it). Small price to pay for a comfortable, clean and interesting space. We would definitely stay here again! Paula our Host went a love and beyond to make everything very easy. Love this spot!
