Lovely place to stay. Cute backyard - my mom even picked a lemon off the lemon tree for her tea. Lovely kiwi family. Would recommend :-)

Sharon's place was great for our short stay. It's spacious, tidy, and cozy. We didn't get to meet Sharon unfortunately, but Ross was very welcoming and helpful.

The unit was exactly what we were after. It has everything you need plus more. It's also very spacious and very clean. Ross was super friendly and incredibly responsive with communication. Would definitely recommend staying here when in Rotorua.

Sharon and Ross were quick with communication and their home is convenient to everything including the Maori experience, zip lining office down the street. The gondola ride. It is truly the best location any one can ask for. We were especially grateful for the washer! The bed was comfortable and it felt like a home away from home!

A spacious and neat guest house in a relatively convenient location (a little bit removed from them main downtown area). My husband and I enjoyed staying here during our trip in September. Of note, the owners do have some outdoor cats roaming around the property... just in case anyone has animal/cat allergies.

Very comfortable little unit with everything you needed to either cook, or wash clothing. Ross was very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

We are a mature couple with two of our four children living away from home, and the next to go in 2016.
We love to travel ourselves and between the 6 of us will have been to around 20 countries by the end of 2015 - this isn't normal however!
Often we have stayed in homes, and enjoyed the local, cultural and historical insights that afforded.
I love the NZ native bush and we have a wee sampling of it around our home - which is what brings the tui bird to visit!
