This is the most charming little studio, right in the middle of the Paris end of Potts Point. Surrounded by boutique cafes, restaurants and bars. It is situated at the back of the building and is lovely and quiet; an oasis.

Awesome location, in amongst lovely bars and cafes, but photos really over-sell this apartment. A lot smaller and darker than it seems, with thin walls. Would 100% stay in Potts Point/Elizabeth Bay again but this place isn't worth $185/night. Might as well save some $ and stay in…

Hi Adam, I'm sorry you felt that way about the apartment. It is an old building and the walls are made of thick brick and since the back window does face the back courtyard you will hear the occasional noise from other apartments. Also, I'm not sure why you thought you paid $185/night as it is on Airbnb for $135/night plus the cleaning fee (maybe because you stayed only two nights and then the cleaning fee brings it up to that). The apartment is 30 sqm and I think I mention that in the description. Crazy right, in Sydney prices for these small spaces, are incredible, but it's still bigger than a hostel room which you don't have to share. It is at the back of the building which means it doesn't get the traffic noise the front apartments get, but that also means it doesn't get full sun all day long.
