Our elegant and luxurious holiday apartment is located in a sought after and highly desirable location in Lake Como.
Our apartment commands a prime elevated corner position with breathtaking views from all 3 balconies over the famously picturesque towns of Varenna, Bellagio and Menaggio.
A stunning proposition for your holiday, it offers both a cool and classy environment during the spring/summer months and a perfect cosy 'Ski-Lodge' feel after a day on the nearby ski-slopes during Winter.
The natural-wood vaulted ceilings throughout every room, frame an interior which proves to be both lavishly and tastefully furnished. The apartment is fully kitted for guests who enjoy the finer things in life. It offers ultimate comfort and exceptional living accommodation. This apartment comprises of two beautifully furnished bedrooms,each with their own balcony, one modern bathroom, a contemporary fully fitted kitchen with all necessary gadgets, and a living/dining area just perfect for entertaining.
Living/Dining Area- tastefully furnished with a selection of both traditional and modern furniture, you will experience the feeling of staying in a 5-star mountain ski-lodge. The Balcony area is framed by the wooden beams that extend out high from beyond the main floor space and offer protection from inclement weather. The apartment offers a TV with DVD player only (no TV signal/channels), should you ever tire of looking at the stunning south facing view down Lake Como. Glorious sunset's are perfectly visible from the comfort of this spacious and comfortable seating area.
Bedroom 1 (Double)- Luxurious sleeping and practical storage define this space. The stand-out feature is a bed that is positioned to allow you an early-morning 'infinity' view of the sunbathed Mountains on the other side of the Lake. Again, This room also has it's own balcony and is a wonderful place to catch a dreamy siesta after a typical Italian lunch!
Bedroom 2 (single bed with pull out from from underneath)- South West facing and the first room in the apartment to be bathed in sunlight from early morning. The room has a single bed with an additional single bed which can be pulled out from underneath. This room has a large practical balcony and enjoys the finest of views. Flexible storage space in this room brings ultimate practicality.
Bathroom- Situated between the living area and Bedroom 1, the bathroom is equipped with the most modern of appliances including a shower and compact washing machine.
Kitchen Area- Fully equipped with 4-ring gas hob, oven, sizeable fridge, coffee maker and microwave oven. The perfect environment to practice your pasta-making skills!
This Apartment is really truly exceptional. With its emphasis on comfort, it retains a natural, tasteful feel throughout. Combine this with the fact that sunbathing, walking, cycling, ski-ing are all virtually on your doorstep and we are confident you will want to return year after year; irrespective of the season.
Varenna may be the most picturesque town on the lake, its steep winding alleys lined with charming homes, flowering balconies and lace-curtained windows. Just above it is the ancient castle where Theodolinda, Queen of the Lombards, is said to have died in the 7th century.

Guest access
Full access to the Apartment will be provided. Entry will be via a locked key-box which we will provide the access code.
Other things to note
We have not connected the television to either an Arial (Italian TV is drastically/comically bad!!) or Satellite for cable etc. The majority of our Guests do not require this facility and much prefer to enjoy the beautiful views and serenity of the location. The apartment does have a DVD player with a decent selection of Films and Box-sets for you to enjoy at your leisure however!
A city tax is required to be paid during your stay (3€ per person per night)
