If you're looking for a one of a kind funky and fresh loft style apartment with your very own really spacious and quiet bedroom and bathroom for visiting Dublin, then look no further.
And if you are like one of the many happy guests who picked my place to stay in, you will also get tips on what to do and see to get a real Dubliner experience from my Special Guest Only Welcome Pack.
Hey there and greetings from Dublin,
I'm Michael and if you are looking to stay in Dublin and get a feel for everything it has to offer?
Then you have found your place to stay like so many others have before you, just look at the wonderful reviews I have received so far to see what I mean and thanks so much to all the wonderful and great people who were kind enough to choose my place so far, you guys and gals rock and you know it.
This super funky and fresh loft style apartment, I should know as I live in it and own it and am happy to share it with my airbnb guest I have met so far and more so am enjoying to also, is a 20 to 30 minute walk into the center of Dublin or you can hop on a bus or tram too.
It's also beside some of Dublin's "Must See Attractions": The Guinness Storehouse, Kilmainham Jail, The Irish Musuem of Modern Art, The War Memorial Park and The Phoenix Park.
And the apartment is literally as noted above right beside the Kilmainham Jail and with 2016 having been the centenary celebration's around the 1916 Easter Rising this is a good spot to be based in for all that is going on around this important event.
The space as alluded to above has a real great loft feel to it, it's very spacious and relaxed, really quiet and perfect as a base to explore all that's great about Dublin or going off to visit the rest of the country.
And as mentioned in my summary earlier, basically, I have prepared a Special Welcome Pack that all of my guests receive when they book my apartment with really top great inside tips on places to see/where to eat and drink which everyone seems to love.
But you have to book the apartment to see it, so if it's free and you want to stay in a apartment that all my guests have enjoyed too and see the best of Dublin drop me a mail to find out more or if you like that much, just go ahead and book it and I will see you in the best city in the world, Dublin!

Interaction with guests
As above, if around I should be able to point out places to go/where to eat/things to do and perhaps learn about Dublin and Ireland's rich and varied history along the way.
I will also let you in on some of Dublin's real gems and hidden secrets for places to eat/drink/hang out/grab a coffee. Essentially as a true Dub, you'll get the true Dub experience which if you were a regular tourist you may end up just visiting those regular tourist sites and pubs in Temple Bar.
I'm into music, photography and everything about Dublin so a good man to know or ask for what's happening or what not, like say eating Oysters at the Dublin Food Market on a Saturday or where to catch a good gig/concert/DJ or where there may be a cool art event.
Dublin offers it all, you just need to be "in the know"
Oh and of course most importantly, where to get the best pint of Guinness or fancy cocktail if that's your style.
Other things to note
I swim and surf a lot and play water polo too so may be off swimming/doing activities at the weekends. If I am sea swimming in Dublin ( I even teach people how to swim in the sea ), you might get to join me for a sea swim at the weekends if you are brave enough but just be prepared for a little cold!
House rules? Simple really.
Just enjoy the apartment. Keep it clean and leave it as you found it. It is my home and I am proud of it so by letting you come stay I expect you to be respectful of it.
Hello, I'm Michael and I am from Dublin.
I own this apartment and have lived here for over 10 years so like to think it is a nice, chilled and relaxed home.
I love Dublin and know all it's good bits and bad bits so can help you get to know the "real Dublin".
I've travelled a lot and lived abroad too so love meeting new people.
Look forward to meeting you and hope you'll have the craic when you stay!
( That's Irish for have fun not anything else just so you know!!! )
See you in Dublin,
