This home just allowed guests the Fall of 2015. It was recently built and professionally decorated.
The home sleeps a maximum of eight people. There is a king master bedroom, queen bedroom and the queen apartment.
The sleeper sofa is on the second floor in the living area.
The first floor has an apartment with a full kitchen, washer and dryer.
The second floor is the main living area with inside dinning for eight guests. There is also outside dining with seating for six.
The second queen bedroom with private bath is located on this level.
The third level is all master suite with private bath.

There is wireless internet with extenders on each floor. Guests will have access to the garage. The boardwalk to the beach is shared by Casa Condominiums.
Interaction with guests
We welcome each guest at the home.
Private home that is available to guests. The other three homes are not available. Short walk to beach on the boardwalk located next to the CASA Condominiums.
You will need a car. There is plenty of parking. Limit parking to 4 vehicles.
Other things to note
Guests are allowed to you the boardwalk to the beach located to the left of the pink condos.
Bath and kitchen towels are provided. Please bring your own towels for outdoor use (beach towels).
Pack extra rolls of toilet and paper towels. Also bring extra trash bags.
There is no-smoking and no pets are allowed. If someone in your party does smoke, please have them not litter on the grounds. 25 years of age minimum requirement to rent this home.

At Tradewinds we want you to experience the uniqueness of our barrier island and Port Aransas with the personal service we offer. We have been vacationing here for 30 years. Now we live here. We call it "Port A". Even as far back as high school the phrase of what are you doing? Our family is "going to Port A" was what you would tell friends when headed to the coast. Or if they said they were "going to Port A" you wanted to go with them.
After years in healthcare and education we decided to pursue the dream of having of a beach home. Well, now we have a few. Dreams do come true.
We also found some people along the way that had the same dream, so now we have a few more.
One of those dreamers has a house now on the intracoastal waterway in Rockport.
This is a place for all ages. Come bring the family. Three generations is always a great time. But don't make Grandma and Grandpa do all the work and they get the bedroom downstairs if the home has one.
Many of our families return with other families to make memories together.
We really enjoy heading to the beach in October and November.
