Summerhouse Farm is located 10 miles south of Cambridge on the outskirts of Melbourn village and has been in the Wedd family since 1921.

Bungalow No 1 is a semi-detached newly renovated modern 2 bedroom property that boasts stunning views of the countryside and is perfect for a relaxing break. With easy access to the historic city of Cambridge and other local attractions, such as the Duxford Imperial War Museum and the National Trust stately home Wimpole Hall.

The space
Bungalow No 1 has two large double bedrooms, a spacious modern bathroom with large shower. There is an open plan lounge diner, a modern kitchen complete with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, cooking utensils, dinnerware and tea and coffee making facilities and a dining table that seats 6.
There is also a washer dryer for longer stays. The lounge is comfortable and enjoys views across the open countryside.

Guest access
Bungalow No 1 has its own entrance and a dedicated off-road parking in the car park opposite.

Check in from 3pm, Check Out 10am.

Guests can use the self-check-in box allowing flexibility for arrival times.

Other things to note
Summerhouse Farm is and working arable farm and home to a number of commercial businesses including a large caravan storage site and a dog exercise park. Depending on the time of year there can be an increase in traffic and seasonal arable machinery.
