Located in a quiet neighborhood with mature trees on an acre lot, our space is just what you need to rest and explore the area. Explore the sites of Civil War history—historic Carnton Mansion is just up the road. Historic Downtown Franklin is 4 miles away and the Pilgrimage Festival is 5 miles away. We have easy access to I-65 and Nashville is 25 minutes away.

My wife, Laura, is a real estate agent, and I am a pastor at a church in the area.

The space
These rooms are recently renovated and total approximately 1300 sq. feet. It has a master suite with a queen bed, a walk-in closet and one full bathroom. There is a second bedroom with queen bed and a third with a kitchenette and bunk beds, mini fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. There is a second full bathroom off the hallway. All three bedrooms have newly refinished wood floors.
NOTE: There is not a full kitchen.

NOTE: This is a NON SMOKING home. No exceptions.

Guest access
We will send you a unique back door entry code to use for the length of your stay. It is a separate entrance in the back of our home. There is a short flight of stairs with rail to get to the entrance. Parking is available at the top of our driveway.

Lives in Franklin, Tennessee
My wife and I have lived in Franklin for 30 years. We have four adult children who grew up and went to school here. Murphy and Linus are both awesome, well-loved and well-behaved Golden Doodles. Our back deck is our favorite part of our home—a blissful haven for us and our guests. The tin roof above makes a wonderful noise when it rains, perfect for a nap. It is a great place to entertain or to be alone with a book.
