+Grill Rentals available MUST be reserved at least 24 hrs prior to arrival
2 burner $89/per week, 3 burner $99/per week.
+ Pool Heat Must be requested 24hrs prior $35/Daily
+Please Note all properties are self catering, you will be provided a starter
kit at no additional cost of the basics
(1) of each: bar soaps, toilet tissue rolls, paper towel roll, trash bags. All other provisions beyond this are responsibility to the Guest(s). No condiments or food are provided due to health and safety.
NOTE : Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Soap is NOT provided.

ALL properties are NON SMOKING properties and this will be fully enforced.
Charges for fumigation and/or additional cleaning fees will be charged to card on file, minimum fee of $350
+NO parties, Events or Gatherings of Any sort - minimum violation fee of $500
+NO Pets are allowed in rental property, If pets are discovered additional clean fees and flea extermination by a professional third party company will be charged to card on file, starting at $250.
+ Do not use Towels to remove Makeup or Dry newly dyed hair.
You will be charged for damaged items
+Please place TV remotes back as well as gaming console remotes if your home has them
+Early check in / Late Check Out must be approved by Management

This time is set to allow our cleaners time to prepare the home for you as well as the next guests, please do not arrive early without notifying Management. If you wish to extend your check out time, please contact Management at least 24 hours prior to arrange if available. Please note if able to accommodate a $45 fee will be applied.
+Please be sure to dispose of all trash in the dumpsters located throughout the resort outside. If excessive trash is left in home, there will be a charge for disposal starting at $50.
+Any Damage to the home directly caused by tenant (or their Guests) during rental period, will be charged to card on file. Each property is inspected prior and after all guest(s) arrival/departure. Please report any damage to management immediately.
