This beautiful cabin allows you to comfortably enjoy the Finger Lakes any time of the year! With a spacious 18`x32` deck on the front of the cabin with plenty of deck furniture, you have all the space you need to enjoy the summer sun as you grill your supper. In addition, the large front lawn has plenty of space for yard games like croquet and bocce ball. For those looking to vacation during the fall and winter months, Castello comes with a gas corner stove in the living room and (if you want to brave the cold!) a hot tub on the front deck. If the weather is bad outside, enjoy the wet bar and entertainment center in the basement! There`s dishes and silverware enough for everyone.
Castello can sleep eight in beds. With three full bathrooms and a powder room, you will have no lack of facilities during your stay.
Guests will have access to the first floor, the upstairs and the basement. Both of the upstairs bedrooms have small attached porches, and there is a large front porch on the cabin as well with a hot tub and a grill. Guests are also free to use the fire pit in the lawn, although wood is not provided.

Although we do not typically interact with our guests during their reservation, we are more than willing to help make your vacation more enjoyable by providing information about the area. In addition, if you need anything during your vacation please don`t hesitate to call us. We want your vacation to be as enjoyable as possible!

LINGER HOSPITALITY TERMS & CONDITIONS OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of guests is limited at all times to the number of occupants shown on the reservation details. NO house parties or large gatherings are allowed. Additional visitors are not permitted without written permission in advance of arrival. You may be asked to provide the names of all guests that will be occupying or visiting the home during the rental period. People two (2) years of age or less do not count toward the maximum occupancy but must be noted. MINIMUM AGE: The guest whose name the reservation is made must be a minimum age of 25 to rent the house & only family groups and responsible adults may use the house and its property and amenities. FAMILY ATMOSPHERE: For the sake of neighbors & guests, we ask that all of our guests keep their stay family-friendly. House parties are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, sororities, fraternities, graduations, proms and/or non-chaperoned groups. If a house party is found, guests may be asked to leave immediately with no refund. RESERVATION & PAYMENTS: The initial payment is due when the reservation is made; the deposit is half of the rental amount plus fees and applicable taxes, along with any security deposit if one is required. Full payment of the remaining net balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date. CONFIRMATION OF RESERVATION: A rental agreement will be sent within 48 hours of making your reservation and deposit. To fully confirm your reservation, this document must be reviewed, signed, and returned to Linger Hospitality LLC within 7 days of receipt along with a legible copy of a valid form of ID. These items can be returned by mail, email, and fax. Access to the home cannot be permitted without your identification. CANCELLATION POLICY: If a confirmed reservation is cancelled and the house is not re-rented, all payments made to date may be forfeited. However, if a confirmed reservation is cancelled and the house is re-rented for the same or a portion of rental period, the gross rental amount, less a 5% processing fee, will be refunded within thirty days of the original departure date. REFUNDS: Refunds cannot be made for late arrivals, early departures or Guest’s dissatisfaction with the Home for any reason (other than emergency health and safety of the property). Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets. No refund will be made for failures or conditions beyond Agent’s control, including but not limited to construction, inclement weather, and provider service area outages. HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY: Please ask your Representative for assistance if this is a concern. SECURITY DEPOSITS: If required by the Owner of the Home being rented, all security deposits are due and will be collected at the time the reservation is made. If the Home, its contents and grounds are found to be in the condition in which they were found, any Security Deposit paid will be returned to the guest in full as prescribed by New York State Real Estate Law. ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES: Standard check-in time is 4pm. Standard check-out time is 10am. Non-standard arrival or departure times must be approved a minimum of 72 hours in advance and an additional hourly charge applies. Unfortunately, non-standard arrival or departure times cannot be permitted during Peak Season. CONDUCT: There may be no conduct in the Home that disturbs neighbors or others. No illegal conduct may take place in the Home. Loud music is prohibited. Fireworks are illegal to possess in New York State and are not permitted at the property. Fires are permitted only if there is a designated fire pit. Guests are asked to purchase firewood locally. VEHICLES: Each home restricts the number and location of vehicles parked at the home. The maximum number of vehicles includes boat trailers and motorcycles. No tents, campers, boats or motor homes may be used for sleeping at the Home. SMOKING: All Homes are non-smoking. PETS: Please ask your Representative for assistance if this is a concern. DOCKS: Unless otherwise stated, a dock is not provided with each rental property. However, if dock is provided, you are solely responsible for ensuring docks, boatlifts, and/or mooring facilities are adequate for their desired use. You are also responsible for any damage caused to watercraft and/or property resulting from the use of those facilities. TRAVEL INSURANCE: A $50.00 damage insurance policy that covers up to $1,500.00 in accidental damage will be offered along with your rental fees as an alternative to a $1,000 security deposit. This policy is provided through CSA Travel Protection ((PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN)). Any excessive cleaning charges incurred will be charged to your credit card. PRIVACY: We take your privacy very seriously and will not share any information about you with another party. My husband and I are from the Finger Lakes and we are excited to have you book your vacations with us. Our heart really belongs here, we think it is one of the most beautiful spots in the country. We are raising our brood of 4 children here, on a small farmette that currently is home to one crazy Weimeraner and a flock of chickens and guineas with hopes to add a few (lots) more animals very soon. We live, overlooking one of the lakes, and because we get to watch the sun rise and set over the lake day in and day out, we know that you will love it just as much as we do. We love the culture of our communities here and are excited to be part of the community through our vacation rental business. We have watched these small towns grow to support the up and coming food, wine, and beer industries that are a huge part of what makes the Finger Lakes special, as well as the laid back lake culture, and anticipate a wonderful future serving our guests that come through this region to enjoy all of these and more.
