Building works were still in progress when we stayed, which we weren't informed of prior to arrival. Quite a bit of building detritus inside the villa. When it rained, water flooded in through the void in the ceiling causing the paint to bubble and lift and making the kitchen and most of sitting area unusable without an umbrella.
no television available for first two days. cable was installed on our third day but cut out a couple of days prior to leaving. Wifi occasionally functional if you stood in the right place.
"Continental breakfast" included in the price consisted of eggs and bread, you could also have margarine if you were willing to brave the communal margarine dish.
The best thing about this place was it's proximity to satu satu cafe where we ate all of our breakfasts except the one mentioned above.
The townhouse itself is a nice design but the bits that are finished are done so without care. Not suitable for children as there is exposed building blocks for floor covering in an area of approx 8square metres in the kitchen/dining room which is full of screws nails and bits of rubbish. this area also fills with water to a depth of 10cm in heavy rain. The windows on the top story are at floor level so cannot be opened with children around as they could easily fall out.
The staff were very friendly, but it would have been nice to know that we were spending Christmas in a flooded building site!
