A two-bedroom barn conversion nestled in the middle of Tilford woods in a picturesque location within a family garden. Available for short breaks or longer lets, subject to availability.

The space
‘The Clock House’ has been decorated to a high level, taking inspiration from the beautiful woodland that surrounds it. The first bedroom is a spacious double with a large wardrobe and plenty of space for a travel cot. The second bedroom can be requested set up as a twin (perfect for children, complete with a toy basket and books) or as a second double with a king size bed.

The kitchen has new appliances including a dishwasher and a washing machine, and there is a microwave, a toaster, a juicer and a coffee machine. There is fibre-optic broadband and a smart TV can be found in the living room area, which incorporates comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs for up to 6 people. 3 sets of French doors open out on to the patio, allowing plenty of natural light.

The Clock House is an annex located within the host’s garden, so members of the family and their guests may be present in the surrounding grounds. We will always be mindful of your space, immediately around the annex, and we ask that you are mindful of ours near the main house. You will be notified if the family will be at home during your visit at the time of booking, and you can request confirmation in advance. The annex is located approximately 50m from family home.

Guest access
Outside there is a large 25 ft swimming pool, for which access can be requested at the time of booking for specific time slots during the summer months. Please note the family will also be entitled to use the swimming pool, but you will let you know in advance if this is likely during your stay.

Next to the annex there is also a terrace with outdoor seating and a gas BBQ. There is plenty of space for parking next to the annex.

PLEASE NOTE this accommodation is strictly for four people only. No additional guests or suppliers are permitted to visit during your stay, as we wish to limit the wear and tear and the number of additional vehicles.

Other things to note
Paradise for lovers of the outdoors, the Clock House is isolated, with plenty to do in the immediate area including golf, sailing (at Frensham Ponds) and fishing. Sandwiched between the Surrey hills and the South Downs it is also a walkers/hikers/bikers heaven with countless miles of trails to explore. The stunning village of Tilford can be reached by foot (45 mins), by walking across the famous Hankley Common Golf Course, where there is an active cricket club, two pubs, a village shop, a brilliant new café and some tennis courts. The Duke Of Cambridge pub can also be accessed via the common, and is 20 mins walk.

Half way between London and the South Coast, The Clock House is 4 miles from Farnham, 5.6 miles from Haslemere and 9 miles from Guildford.
