→As we cater primarily to medical patients and their families, there may be instances when this apartment becomes temporarily unavailable due to adjustments in guest medical treatment schedules. In such cases, we'll seamlessly transfer your reservation to a similarly equipped apartment within the same or nearby medical center complex. We appreciate your understanding in these circumstances and will also offer you the option to extend your check-out date if medically necessary. Your comfort and care remain our top priority.

→Our customary reservation periods typically cover a duration of 30 days. Nevertheless, we are open to facilitating short-term reservations whenever possible, taking into account the availability on short notice. Should you wish to secure a brief reservation for a period of 10 days or less, we would like to extend our request for you to kindly submit your inquiry approximately 4 to 5 days ahead of your planned arrival date.
