We will offer complimentary beach passes to Sunset Beach at Harveys lake from May to September. Please inquire upon booking . We'd be happy to share the beach rules and passes with you!
We're 15 minutes from the lower trail at Ricketts Glen, and under 30 minutes away from the upper trail.

The space
Please note that after 9 pm is quiet time. please respect the hosts and other guests by not slamming doors, talking loudly or listening to loud music or television. Please note that this is a home share .

Other things to note
We offer free beach passes to Sunset Beach (across from Grotto Pizza) from June to September.
There is a restroom available- when lifeguard is present. Feel free to bring a floating device, a pop up chair , a picnic lunch, but no alcohol allowed. There is a small playground and sand for the kids to play and a swimming area.
There's a 10.00 fee per load of laundry (includes wash and dry). Please ask host before using the machines. When leaving the property, please turn off lights, TV, AC , heat etc . We try to keep our prices low for guests and appreciate your help in doing so!
