The 4 bedrooms all have super-king double beds which can be split into twins.
There are also 2 sofa beds and 2 portable beds of a very high quality. Plus 2 cots with 100% cotton baby linen and 2 high chairs.
The apartments are fully-fitted with easy-to-use appliances designed in situ by BOSCH, plus a large compliment of smart cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking equipment.
The 2 marble-clad bathrooms en suite and 2 shower rooms all have under floor heating and large heated towel rails.
Extra high quality 100% cotton 400 gsm bed linen/towels, essential kitchen supplies and Arran Aromatic bathroom toiletries are included.
We set tea and cake for our guests for their arrival.
There are 2 parking permits and further inexpensive parking in Manvers Street car park nearby.
Our Caretaker, Richard, is on call 24/7. Divina, our Housekeeper, is on hand to help with extra cleaning.
You have sole access to the apartments.
There is a large communal entrance hall and staircase - we ask guests to respect others staying in this historic building and to try to be quiet when arriving late at night.

Access is by code, unless you require help with your luggage.
Tea and cakes are prepared for your arrival, with milk in the fridge and plenty of dry stores, such as tea, coffee, washing powder, kitchen herbs and bathroom toiletries etc.
Other things to note
The apartments are on a flat walk from the station.
There is no lift, but the stairs are wide and airy with a mezzanine level between floors. Apt 4 is the Penthouse, with the best views.
We have portable air-conditioning units available by request in the Summer.
