This historic guesthouse is part of a larger property from the early 1900's that we have lovingly restored! We allow stays from 30-100 nights. Centrally located- Heights 1 min/Downtown 6 min/Medical Center 18 min! Features: private fenced yard & patio, fully gated parking, located near rail line, minutes from Houston attractions. Some amenities include wifi, streaming services, skyline views & laundry facilities- 1 bed/1 bath, sofa bed & furnished kitchen.

The space
The guesthouse is in a separate building from the main house and is an upstairs unit, providing privacy and a view of the Houston skyline! It has a living room (with pull out sofa) & dining space, full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There is also a private fenced yard area complete with deck and lounge furniture. The laundry room is also available for use during your stay.

The morning of your check in you will be provided with detailed access instructions.

Other things to note
We would love to host you during your stay in Houston, however would like to make you aware of some of the house rules to ensure an enjoyable experience for all.

Please note this is a quiet home and we ask that guests be considerate. There is space for 1 car within the gates- should you have additional vehicles you will need to park on the street outside of the gates. Also for the safety and privacy of our home we ask that only registered guests be on the property at any given time with a maximum of 2 guests.

There is no smoking/vaping/drug use or parties/events allowed anywhere on property and only registered guests are allowed.

We also currently do not allow pets on property.
