Let the ocean breeze fill your unit and relax as you watch the sunset in the evenings. This is a special place that you will want to visit again!

This privately-owned Condominium was built in 1972 and has had complete interior re-decoration & updates. The complex has 24-hour Security, Interior Elevators; HOA Professionally maintained Private Pool, Jacuzzi, and a Sauna solar heated all year. Exterior Showers at the building’s parking garage off the beach and pool area, Paved Parking upper garage 1 secured space, Lounging on the South and North Rooftop Terraces, Gas barbecues on the North Rooftop Terrace, Laundry Facilities on the South End of every floor.
