APARTMENT: Spacious open plan space with contemporary industrial modern styling complete with a massive north facing balcony that allows for unrestricted panoramic views of Sydney including the CBD skyline and other popular satellite cities.
ROOM: Queen size bed topped with a super comfy Sealy Posturepedic Mattress to ensure that good night's sleep. Spacious built-in wardrobe complete with a chest of drawers, hangers and bathrobes (to get those holiday vibes going). Ducted air con/heater with dual-zone heating on either side for those cold nights Sydney can occasionally conjure up. Access to vanity, fresh towels and other hotel-esque spoils encapsulated within the comfort of a home.
BATH: Your own PRIVATE bathroom complete with all amenities you would expect in a hotel. **Note that the shower is within the bathtub so please consider if this is going to be suitable for you.
BREAKFAST: Complimentary continental breakfast platter with a variety of breads you can toast, crumpets, cereal, muesli, coffee, tea, orange juice and everything else good breakfasts are made of.
OTHER: Washing machine, dryer, clothes line, iron and ironing board and more also available for your convenience.
Guests have access to the entire apartment with the exception of our own room. We encourage guests to make themselves at home during their stay. Please note that although the kitchen area is not out of bounds cooking is strictly not permitted. Examples of what will be available are listed below:

Interaction with guests
We are happy to interact with guests as little or as much as you wish. We are a busy couple working full time corporate jobs. We typically work Monday through to Friday.
We'll be reachable on the listed mobile numbers at all times if you have any apartment related queries or want recommendations on what's good to do for the duration of your stay if we are not physically there to advise at the time.
Other things to note
Our cute, cuddly and friendly mini-panther Jefferson occasionally resides in this home. He is extremely inquisitive and loves the company of humans and also looks forward to meeting/sniffing you.
If you are allergic or uncomfortable with furry felines, do let us know and we'll make sure he isn't around on the dates of your booking to ensure that you have an enjoyable stay.
Cooking is not permitted at any time. Takeaway is more than welcome.
Check-ins are from 6pm onwards on weekdays (Mon - Fri). If early check-in is required, kindly provide advance notice so that appropriate arrangements can be made to accomodate requests.
Check-ins are FLEXIBLE during the weekends (Sat & Sun). Kindly provide adequate notice as to the time you would like to be checked in and we will take care of the rest.
This is a shoes-off household. Please leave shoes outside on the allocated rack.
Strictly NO unlisted visitors.
Quiet hours are from 11pm until 6.30 am on weekdays.
Smoking is permitted only on the balcony and nowhere else within the apartment.
