If you availed parking, Kindly send MAKE, MODEL, COLOR, PLATE # and DRIVER’s full NAME for registration purpose as well. THESE MUST BE DONE “ASAP” also IF YOU ARE SAME -DAY BOOKING. Parking fee to be settled separately from unit booking.


Approved Guest Pass (GAF) from reception admin will be sent to you at least 1 day before arrival. Kindly show this approved GAF to reception for smooth entry to the residence.

Door is keyless, passcode will be sent at least 24 hrs before your arrival.

Own parking space available upon request, minimal fee, separate billing from unit booking, can settle after confirmation of unit booking.

NOTE: Should be booked before check in to avail. Failure to book together with the unit, it might not be available anymore during your stay.

Everything can be used, from kitchen including the coffee and coffee maker, the extra beddings inside the closet drawers, essential oils and the diffuser, and also cleaning supplies inside the cabinet under the kitchen sink.
