Bedlinen is 100% cotton. Your choice of alpaca blankets or lightweight down filled duvet - both provided.
Free use of a fully equipped Miele laundry on the same level.
There is a 32" flat-screen, full HD TV and Bluray DVD. Free access to DVD library upon request.
Air conditioning, heating, power and Wifi are inclusive. A ten minute walk to buzzy cafe's, pubs and restaurants.
Travel to the CBD by ferry at the end of the road or a regular bus service which is accessible 5 minutes walk across the park.
The apartment is perfect as a writing retreat or for a business person visiting Sydney and preferring the privacy and anonymity impossible in hotels.
Most of our guests are academics from Europe or USA visiting Sydney Universities.
There are 30 steps from street level to apartment door. This apartment is not suitable for children or pets.
Whilst the apartment is basically self catering, we provide some complimentary refreshments. If guests have a busy schedule, a shopping list can be submitted to us and we will stock the fridge and pantry accordingly. The charges for these items can be settled upon guests arrival. There is no additional 'service' charge just the direct cost of the items purchased.
