Great place, very clean and nice decor, and Lilia cooks a wonderful breakfast. Nice bed, linens and towels like brand new. Wifi a little spotty, but very fast when it was on. Beautiful view of rose garden and also scenic hillside with chickens and sheep. Very quiet at night. We had window open for the nice fresh air and maybe we were very tired but didn't hear the rooster. Nice location close to Carrickfergus but away from the center.

Lilia was so welcoming on my arrival, she opened up her home and made me feel like I was at my own place. As a woman travelling by myself I would highly recommend Lilia as she made me feel so safe thank you once again for your hospitality it was truly amazing! The location was ideal for me only a 5 min car ride to the castle and all the restaurants, the home is located on a gorgeous farm setting and Victoria (the dog) was just adorable...I'll be hopefully coming back very soon!

Everything was perfect! The house is extremely clean, good size bedrooms/en suite bathrooms. Breakfast was amazing! Lilia made pancakes, potato bread, cupcakes.... hummmmm. Location is great, 15min drive from/to Belfast city, easy to get to other locations as Giant's Causeway, The Gobbins, etc. Lilia is a "cherry on the cake" which made our holidays to Northern Ireland unforgettable. We will recommend to friends/family and book it again. Thank you so much Lilia!

The house was very clean, the breakfast was good, Lilia was very caring and helpful, and we had a beautiful view. She also has an adorable dog that you can play with. Would definitely recommend!

We stayed at Lilia's for 3 nights and it felt as if we were visiting family. Lilia is a warm, cheerful person and a very accommodating host. We felt at home from the moment we entered her lovely renovated cottage/farm house. The ensuite rooms were spacious, very clean and has loads of character. Unfortunately we had not much time to relax in the cozy lounge but did get spoilt by her amazing breakfasts every morning in her kitchen overlooking her own rose garden. The location is very easy to reach by car from the Airport, 20 min from Belfast. And if you want a nice quiet get-a-way and enjoy amazing lush hills and fields around and up North, this is perfect. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Lilia's.
