Our spacious home is on more than 2.5 acres of land and feels like a private park. There is a large outdoor patio with a delightful sunset every evening. Walk or drive 2 miles to Cornell's graduation ceremony, or a 3.5 mile drive to Ithaca College.
This beautiful 2,000 sq ft home has 4 bedrooms and has 2.5 baths and comfortably sleeps 8-10. The master bedroom has a queen sized tempurpedic mattress and a private bath; there is a bedroom with a queen sized bed; and the other two bedrooms have full-sized beds. We also have a queen-sized double-high premier Aerobed mattress with a built-in automatic pump.
The kitchen has recently been renovated with new stainless steel appliances including a Wolf gas range and Caesarstone countertops. The dining room seats 8 comfortably, but we've seated more than 8 at times. The living room and family room are spacious along with being in separate areas of the house providing privacy if desired. There is a laundry room with LG front-loader washing-machine and dryer.
We will have the house cleaned and fully prepared for your arrival with amenities such as fresh linens, towels, pillows, fresh flowers, and a bottle of local wine to help you celebrate the occasion.
You will have access to the entire home along with our beautiful backyard and gardens.
Interaction with guests
My husband and I will be available to help you with any questions you might have during your stay!
Our home is also home to one dog (who will be away during your visit) and even though we keep our home very clean and have it professionally cleaned twice a month, those with allergies should be aware. We do not allow smoking inside or outside of the home. Be mindful and respect our home and respect our lovely neighbors while enjoying your stay.
I'm from Ithaca, NY. I am a mother of two small children that keep my quite busy. When I'm not chasing after my little ones, I enjoy cooking and eating locally grown organic food (sometimes from our garden) with my husband. I also am an avid runner and enjoy exploring cities jogging through their various neighborhoods.
