Located near Lake Charlevoix's South Arm, you'll love this newly built home featuring 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, that sleeps up to 10 people. Within walking distance to public beach access with a playground, campground, tennis and basketball courts. A quick 20 minute drive from Boyne Mountain and downtown Charlevoix. The Blue Retreat boasts ample space for making memories in East Jordan, Charlevoix and surrounding areas.

The space
Main floor offers open concept living room, dining room and kitchen. The master bedroom with King bed with attached master bathroom, as well as a 2nd bedroom with Queen bed and another full bathroom is also on the main floor.

In the lower level is the 3rd bedroom with a King bed, living area with 2 pull out couches, full bathroom, and laundry (washer & dryer with soap provided, and iron/ironing board ) in the closet.

Door code access will be given for ease of check in. Code to garage for parking use will also be given.

Guest access
Guest have access to all bedrooms, bathrooms and living areas. Note that there are a few locked off doors in the home: door in master bedroom that connects to another room. Pantry door and door in garage connecting to another room will also be locked for owners storage use.
