While the main house's bathrooms, kitchen, laundry room, and living room are shared, the backyard space is exclusively yours. Located in a mixed-use area near San Pablo Ave, there is ambient car noise from the nearby industrial zone. Think European hostel vibes. Not recommended for light sleepers or guests with super high expectations. Overall, very clean, affordable, safe, welcoming, and fun!
