Self contained Apartment completely private with own courtyard. Own bathroom and nothing is shared with other guests except for the pool which is for Unit 1 and Unit 2.

House Fritz lies in the heart of Cape Town on the foot of Table Mountain and in a green belt surrounded by trees and green. Table Mountain views, Signal hill, Lions Head and city. Walking distance to hiking trails and vibey restaurants. 10 minutes from night clubs.

Quiet and quaint with beautiful garden courtyard setting to sit outside and tropical pool area to be enjoyed.

I have one inactive security camera under my roof looking out to the gate and street. I have one small camera in my doorbell on the street. No other security cameras or recording devices or decibel recordings are on my property or in any of the apartments.
