Welcome to our magnificent two-bedroom condo with luxurious and lush surroundings. You’ll be within the unique Holistika property, and AHAL II is a tranquil 13-property community that’s not very busy. It’s about a 5-minute walk from Holistika Hotel, which is famous for wellness retreats, yoga, and various ceremonies. You'll be a 6-minute drive from La Veleta and a 10-minute drive from Tulum’s town, loaded with trendy restaurants, cafes, bars, and nightlife. The condo features an open design, high ceilings, and nature-chic decor that welcomes you into its inviting and warm living space.
Wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors give you access to the private patio with a cool plunge pool—the complex has a communal pool just in front of it! On the days you’re relaxing at home after the beach and other adventures, you'll enjoy a relaxing, sanctuary-like feeling.
Inside, you’ll have a beautiful sitting room with a comfy sofa and a large Smart TV next to a dining table and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home. There's also a breakfast bar with 6 stools for a quick snack or coffee hangout.
When it’s time to rest, there are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a half bathroom to accommodate four guests. One room features a plush king-sized bed, and the other a queen-sized bed and peaceful, soothing decor for a restful night’s sleep!

Our neighbor has construction going on, so you may hear construction noise from time to time during the day. Just keep that in mind before booking.
Tulum is experiencing high growth, and it’s possible to experience power outages from time to time due to a lack of infrastructure. Please understand that this is out of our control and cannot be held responsible.
The property is located in a gated community that has a night surveillance staff for added security.
First time in Tulum? The property is surrounded by jungle, and our cleanliness standards are the highest, but that does not prevent the occasional insect from coming inside. Keep this in mind before you book.
There is a daily fixed electricity fee of $200 Mexican pesos. The amount will be collected before arrival, during your stay, or after your departure. Our team will contact you to coordinate the payment.
Housekeeping rules to keep in mind. Please:
- hang towels; don’t leave them on the floor.
- throw toilet paper in the trash basket and not in the toilet bowl to avoid plumbing problems. (Tulum has a sensitive eco-system)
- close the doors and windows and turn off the fans and A/C every time you leave.
- take out the trash to the bins on the left side of the guardhouse by the main entrance.
- visitors are not allowed.
Guests may need to climb stairs to access certain areas of the property.
There is an alarm with a closed TV circuit at the villa’s perimeter. The cameras face outside areas only and are strictly for the safety and security of our guests.

Complimentary cleaning is not included for extended stays. However, a cleaning service is available for an extra fee. (Laundry not included) Please provide at least 48-hour advance notice.

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, except for Airbnb reservations. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are allowed with prior authorization. Pet fee is $45 USD. Only one pet per reservation. Please contact us if you’re traveling with your pet.
Pet rules are as follows:
- Domestic animals (dogs or cats) only. Animals such as reptiles, arachnids, and birds, among other species prohibited by law, and entry will not be allowed.
- Must comply with all the rules (vaccination card, walker collar), or pet will not be allowed entry.
- It is forbidden to use the property’s crockery and glassware to feed your pet. The Owner must carry the necessary feeders for this purpose.
- It is forbidden to bathe pets in the showers in the room (as well as the use of towels).
- To avoid accidents, never release your pet while it is inside the development facilities. To maintain a clean and pleasant space, avoid letting your pet relieve himself in public areas.
- Pick up and clean up the solid and liquid waste of your pets.
** A breach of any one of these below house rules will incur a $300 USD penalty fee. **
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated.
- No loud music is allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
