This is a perfect home for family and friends. Sorry but pets (of any kind) are strictly prohibited.

Vacations are fun but the neighbors are not on vacation. For this reason, It's not a place for loud guests, excessive guests, or loud banter. Only those on the reservation are allowed in the home. ***Parties are strictly prohibited. Any report of a violation of these rules will result in an immediate eviction with a loss of your entire deposit and cleaning fee.

Please tidy up behind yourselves. Garbage must be taken out daily and any items brought in by your group must be removed prior to your departure. There are marked trash bins in front of the property. There is no need to strip the beds or wash any of the towels and linens. But we do ask that you return all dishes and food to the kitchen after eating, rinse the dishes of any food and place all dishes in the kitchen sink. Your daily garbage must be taken out to the large garbage bin in front of the property.

We understand accidents happen and that is what the deposit is for. Don't be embarrassed or hesitant to notify us if anything is accidentally broken, stained, or damaged.

There's no smoking indoors (not even in the bathroom with the fan on), indoor smoking is subject to a $200 fee, no exceptions. However, feel free to smoke outdoors, with all doors and windows closed, using the ashtray provided.

Please don't place anything in the toilets other than human waste and toilet paper. This includes any feminine products, baby wipes (even if it says 'flushable'), paper towels, etc.

Lost or keys not returned at the time of checkout are subject to a $90 rekey fine.

Check in time is 3 PM and check-out is 11AM sharp. There is some flexibility if there are no other reservations, but only if pre-approved. If a late check-out is not available, we do request our guests to vacate the unit by no later than 11AM. Non compliance with this rule is subject to penalty of one full night's stay rate. The cost of an early check-in or late check-out is $25/hr IF pre-approved. ***If it is not pre-approved you will be charged one full night fee for staying in the unit for any length of time after the 11AM check-out, no exceptions.
**We are not allowed to store any luggage before or after a reservation.

This was great for our Family! It was close to several restaurants and the Trolley, New Orleans has poor roads and sidewalks so be prepared if you are driving and pushing strollers, Thank you to this house for taking us in just within a few hours! They were great!

Pretty much everything I have to say is said in other reviews, but I'll still include my observations here so they can be in a centralized place. - It is plenty roomy for six people. - The sofa bed isn't super comfortable. - It is a shotgun home. There is no hallway, every room leads directly into another room. Living room, to bedroom, to bedroom, to kitchen, to laundry room, to bathroom. -There is wifi (an old review said there wasn't, I assume wifi was added at some point). -There is a TV with an antenna (local stations only). -The parking is street parking. You will have no problem parking in the day, but at night you might not find a spot right in front of the home. -It really is in a pretty central location. We had a car, but frequently took public transit or lyft to get places as we frequently didn't want to worry about parking at our destinations. -It is a professional company, not an individual host. There is no number to call, but they answer messages almost instantly. -They also send random vacation tips while you are there. You may or may not find that helpful, but I guess it substitutes for having a live person host when it comes to local knowledge. -Kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat. It also has a coffee machine and filters/coffee/powdered creamer. -Bathroom came with toothpaste, shampoo, and 6 bath towels. Overall I thought it was great and would recommend it to anyone.

The property was clean, well equipped and comfortable. This was my first experience with Airbnb and I became nervous when I called the host phone number provided and was told that the number was not in service. It turns out that all communication must be through email. This is not convenient if you have a simple question that requires a quick answer.
