The space

This beautiful 1 bedroom suite apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 3 story high Heritage building. Built in 1841 of limestone, it's streetscape faces City Hall and Market Square.
Steps from Kingston's market square featuring seasonal farmers market, antique market and skating rink.
This suite boasts large windows letting in lots of natural light, and sensational views of Kingston's City Hall, Market and Waterfront.

Guests can enjoy this private apartment with its own kitchen, living room, full bath and bedroom. Kitchen is fully equipped with range/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, pots, pans, small appliances, coffee maker with complimentary coffee, dishes and utensils.
Full piece bathroom is stocked with hairdryer and plush towels for guest use. As well as complimentary toiletries of shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste. Large closets house iron, ironing board and extra blankets.
Complimentary wi-fi is provided.
We personally greed each guest upon arrival and give a brief tour of the suite. We are avaliable to answer any questions that may arise during your stay.

Parking is not included. Parking is avaliable across the street at Four Points Sheraton's underground parking for a fee. You may use metered parking in front of the building. Free parking is avaliable on the street from 5:30pm to 9:00am April to November 30 ( winter overnight restrictions take in effect December 1 to March 31 ) free metered parking on Sundays. Some time Free parking is avaliable all day Saturday and Sunday at the Empire Life Building close to the building.
Any applicable fines/ towing fees are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.
Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
Please keep property and all furnishings in good order.
Kindly leave the unit in a reasonable tidy state at check-out.

Great place to stay. We were only there one night but would definitely recommend if you're looking for somewhere centrally located. Parking was easy (right outside for a small fee). Sohil was a great host and made arrival really easy.

Sohil was an excellent host. He showed us around the apartment when we arrived and left us things such as a medical kit just in case. This apartment is beautiful, even better than it looks on the pictures, and it is right in the centre of everything. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Sohil met us at the apartment when we arrived in the evening. The apartment is in a perfect, central location so he was able to show us highlights and recommend places to eat by pointing them out through the window. The description of the apartment is spot on and we had a lovely couple of days here.
