Golden Area in downtown (Nanjing west road) and a 100-year old lane villa, Mix&Match interior design. Two Minuets to Plaza 66 (恒隆)10 Minutes to Kerry Center(嘉里中心) , by walk.
Above all, would please say you are a friend of mine if neighbors ask? (Due to some local policy)
1, Please kindly notice it's home stay, not business hotel. It's a really small suite. The loft is in the golden area of Shanghai, and it's a 100-year villa. The rental price is relatively cheap in this CBD. I would like to share it with independent travelers or whoever has interested in lane culture or has a taste of interior deco instead of some picky businessman who's only interested in cheap price.
2, My entrance is from the BACK DOOR of 55#, make sure to CALL/TEXT me when you firstly arrive. I'll open door for you. Please DON'T go to the front door, it's for the family living on the ground floor.
3, Confirm me with your arrival time firstly to make sure you could get the keys.
4, You would have the keys of small suite including independent bathroom. It's on second floor. Also the key of entrance of the ground floor, back door. DO remember to close the entrance door all the time since the family living on the ground floor which has a little boy and a short-tempered mom.
5, Right side for hot water in the bathroom, 24-hour.
6, There's a kitchen on the ground floor in an open area is clean and clear, with an independent gas cooker which is open for guests use.
7, A helpful cleaner usually come by on Thursday, she has keys. Yet make sure keep the place tidy as you wanna stay in.
8, Let me know if I could be helpful in anyway.

Hello, it's yudi. Firstly, welcome to Shanghai. I believe you would have wonderful stay in Shanghai. Modern buildings vs. old lane houses, are perfect mixed and matched. Art shows, films, parties, food & wine, this city is full of surprises.
Since my EMBA in Wine Management, I've been to more than twenty countries and really enjoy traveling. I came back to Shanghai in 2013, and would like to share the beautiful city_my hometown with you, from now.
