This Studio apartment in the very highly regarded Cliveden building makes for a great city pad with roof top pool.
The apartment is a cosy studio apartment consisting a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, Queen bed and a double sofa bed, in one room.
We provide all the essentials such as tea, coffee, sugar, hairdryer, towels, sheets etc.
Currently the apartment has a standard 50lt hot water tank and water-efficient shower head. This makes for very efficient showers.
We are looking into modifying the system, but it is subject to Council approval which is proving challenging given it is a heritage building, we look to your patience during this time.
Our guests are the type who cross continents the way others cross streets. This includes the weekenders, the suits, fashion baggers and affair havers. The explorers, adventurers and dreamers. Those who travel the world with big hearts and wide eyes. Those who are independent, yet united by a love of the five continents. Those in search of business, shopping or art. In short, everyone who is a mobile citizen of the world. Most likely, that also means you.
Mobile citizens know what they like from good lodgings. This includes stylish design, great value, the best entertainment, sociable atmosphere, a comfortable bed and big fluffy towels. They need accommodation in a good location, and they could do without unnecessary or hidden costs.
The result is unique, quality lodging for an affordable price.

Lock-box: Check-in outside of business hours
We are unavailable outside of work hours and weekends for personal checking; lockbox containing the keys is used during these times.
Lift access: Please use the swipe on the panel with the floor numbers, not the wall panel as it has been deactivated.
All keys to be left in the mailbox on check out
Lock box keys are to be replaced in the lock box as the cleaning team will use the same keys. Unfortunately, if the keys are not available for the cleaner, they will charge a rebooking fee.
Getting to the apartment from the airports:
1. Airport Train: Approx 30 mins and $17 each to Circular Quay Station
2. Taxi: Approx 30 - 45 mins and $55
3. UberX: Approx 30 - 45 mins and $35

Communication is available 24 hours a day;
Availability during the guest's stay is no problem, (except when we are airbnb guests instead of hosts) communication still available, but assistance on the ground is limited.
Our guest's comfort is important to us and we ask you to please let us know if there are any problems during your stay: blown bolbs, leaky taps, even a squeeky toilet seat. We will fix it. We ask that you kindly give us the opportunity to fix may problems instead of a permanent comment on our review page, because that makes us sad. :(
Other things to note
The building is a mix of both residential apartments and office, and has plenty of character with a heritage listed facade, high ceilings and original period features.
Its location allows for easy travel with the Circular Quay ferry, train and bus terminal only minutes away
The apartment has 1 X Queen Size bed and 1 X sofa lounge that opens to a Double Bed
+ The bed is Aust Queen Size: 153 cm × 203 cm
+ The sofa bed dimensions are: 140 cm x 200 cm
(note: Aust Double beds are 138 cm × 188 cm, therefore the sofa bed dimensions are in between a Queen and a Double)
+ Unfortunately we do not provide additional air beds or sleeping bags
Unfortunately, we don't have luggage storage on site; and in the event bag storage is required between check in / out and arrival or departure Baggage Storage Smart Carte is located on Loftus Street (3 mins walk) to the apartment and its website provides the following sizes and costs:
Carry on luggage - backpacks:
0-4 hours = $9 - 11
0-8 hours = $(PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) hours = $13 - 16
Security keys: cost $200 (Ouch!) unfortunately the cost of the keys will need to be charged to the guest in the event of loss
Early checkin / Late checkout: Generally difficult to arrange.
1. 48 hours notice to be provided for late checkout
2. The Hometime cleaning team is very strict with its cleaning window of 10am - 3pm
3. Variations to checkin/out may be accommodated if in the event the apartment is not booked on the day before or after.
Pool access via Lift 1 (Mental note, not Lift 2), Swipe your fob, and press Level 11. Race toward the door because your little oasis awaits! THE Best view on NYE of fireworks in the sky!
