Escape the ordinary and embrace the beauty of all four seasons at our charming 2-bedroom cottage in Turkey Point. Nestled in a serene setting, this cozy retreat promises an unforgettable experience for you and your loved ones.

Conveniently located on a quiet dead-end street just a 3 minute walk to the beach, 2 minute walk to Turkey Point Food Mart/LCBO and a short stroll to the park and main beach.

The space
Escape the ordinary and embrace the beauty of all four seasons at our charming 2-bedroom beach cottage on Lake Erie.

🛏️ Bedrooms:
Two cozy bedrooms furnished with comfortable beds, and ample storage space for your belongings, including closets and dressers.
Bedroom 1: Queen size bed with a dresser and 2 quaint night stands
Bedroom 2: Double bed as well as a set of single bunkbeds, storage shelving as well as closet space for storage.

***PLEASE NOTE: bed linens and towels are not provided during July and August stays.

🛁 Bathroom:
One full bathroom with shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hairdryer.

🧺 Laundry Amenities:
Washer and dryer available for your use during your stay.

🍳 Kitchen:
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Cocktail station with mini fridge for your use as well. Cookware, utensils, dishes, and glassware.
Coffee maker and kettle for your morning brews.
** Please do not cut on the butcher block countertop, we have provided cutting boards for your use.

🛋️ Living Area:
Relaxing living space with comfortable seating arrangements, includes high ceilings and lots of windows. An electric fireplace for extra heat in the winter or just to create ambiance.
Entertainment options such as a TV (Netflix) cards and board games for indoor fun.

🍽️ Dining Area:
Dining table with seating for all guests to enjoy meals together.

🌳 Outdoor Amenities:
Private outdoor space with patio furniture for al fresco dining and relaxation.
Propane BBQ for outdoor cooking. Large yard with a large fire pit.
*** Please note: Guests are required to bring their own firewood for the fire pit. Kindly do not take or use firewood from neighbouring properties. Thank you for respecting our community!

Ample parking space is available directly on the property for your vehicles. Please park only in designated parking areas - not on the grass.

No smoking/vaping inside the cottage. If you smoke, we ask you properly dispose of your butts.

6 chairs will be available for you to use at the fire, we ask you do not remove the patio furniture.

We are on a septic system so we ask you refrain from flushing anything other than human waste and toilet paper.

The primary guest must be at least 25 years of age. Minors must be supervised at all times. Any minors left unsupervised will be asked to leave the premises.
