The space
The loft is on the third floor of a 4-story residential building. It does not have an elevator. It is a 2023 construction. It has a spectacular view of the park that is right in front. We have autonomous access 24/7. Ideal for a comfortable stay in the city, highly recommended for attending events at the MedPlus Colosseum - 10 min by car or for stopovers at El Dorado airport, as it is only 20 min away. The place can accommodate up to 2 people, ideal for couples or business trips.

Equipped kitchen (with utensils especially for cooking, coffee maker) We include Coffee, Sugar, Salt, Oil, Tea. The bathroom is spectacular and its hot water shower will make your experience a pleasure. We provide the bathroom with shampoo, body soap, and hand soap.
Within the sector you will find food places, large supermarkets and less than 15 minutes away you will find at least 3 shopping malls.
If you have children or pets, the park is literally two steps away from the house.

But we make it clear that it is not part of the property and any affectation or damage is not covered by us or by the platform.

Guest access
The Loft is totally independent. Its entrance is by means of an electronic lock which guarantees that you can check in at any time of the day. Access to the washing and drying area will be included for reservations longer than 7 nights, otherwise you can access by paying a value of 20,000 Colombian pesos for 3 hours of use.
In front of the property you will have access to a beautiful public park with 2 soccer or volleyball courts and an outdoor gym. We have balls that you can access free of charge and you can take advantage of the park.

MedPlus Bogotá Coliseum is very close, less than 15 minutes away by vehicle.
The American Embassy is 11 kilometers away, and it can take 30 to 35 minutes by vehicle.
Important facts:
-The building has NO elevator and you need to climb stairs.
-The TV has cable that includes 90 channels and an authenticated Netflix account is provided.
- Self check-in, you can enter the home at any time of day.
- We have fiber optic internet service with a speed of 500 Mbps, which you can use via WiFi or ethernet cable.
-Check-in is from 3:00 PM. If you want to check in earlier, there is an extra cost.
-Check-out is at 11:00 AM, if you want to leave later there is an extra cost and it will be subject to availability. Please check in advance.
The washer and dryer service costs $20,000 COP. For every 7 nights of accommodation, you'll be entitled to 1 use at no cost. Soap and fabric softener are not included; these liquid products should be used.
