Three rooms, each on its own separate floor, each with its own bathroom. The top two are accessed from the main entrance; the third (California King), in suite with its bathroom, has its own separate entrance (accessible via stairs).

The owner lives in the house when not rented out, so it's fully functional and an authentic California home.

Absolutely no parties without prior written authorization from the owner. No drugs, smoking, guns or intoxicated or drunk people are allowed on the property . No misrepresentations in your communications with the owner or his representatives. No removing anything you find at the property from the property. Hard liquor is only allowed with prior written authorization of the owner. There are security cameras outside the house monitored 24/7 to enforce this. If you hold an unauthorized party, smoke indoors or otherwise violate the terms above without prior written authorization from the owner, you will be voiding the rental agreement, police will be called and the house will be vacated immediately, and you will be assessed a $5,000 fee to pay for all costs of cleaning and damage. No parties without prior written authorization from the owner.
You must LEAVE THE HOUSE IN THE CONDITION YOU FOUND IT.

There are four fridges in the house: two in the kitchen and two in the BBQ area. Two of them are available for guest use.
A cat lives in the house. She will be in an area of the house cut off from your section of the house, and the rest of the house will be cleaned before your arrival. There is one bedroom (the one on the bottom floor) that the cat has never been to. The rest of the house may not be suited to those allergic to cats.
Treat the place like it was your own. You break it; you pay for it.
Do not access the roof or any open air areas on the fourth floor, as there are no railings. No children allowed on the fourth floor.
Absolutely no parties without prior written authorization from the owner. No drugs, smoking, guns or intoxicated or drunk people are allowed in the house. $5,000 violation fee.
Any misrepresentation in any of your communications with the owner will render your rental void with no refund due. In short, no lying.
You may play the musical keyboard but please do not play the bass.
You may use any fridge but please do not eat our food without replacing it.
