Relax with the whole family at this peaceful countryside retreat in West Fife. Enjoy cozy nights in front of the fire and stunning views from Fife across to the Lothians from the Sunroom. Surrounded by fields there are ample opportunities for long and short walks. We are perfect for family gatherings and all of your pets are welcome to join us and enjoy all parts of the house. We have a large, communal, fenced dog friendly area for your pets to stretch their legs.

The space
Newly decorated and furnished the property has a fresh and homely feel to it and also reflects the agricultural land it sits in. All kitchen appliances are modern and the bathrooms spacious and contemporary.

The ground floor consists of an open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a separate lounge with log burner and also a large sun room with stunning views in all directions. All rooms have views across the valley. There is also an entrance hall, shower room and utility. The first floor has 3 bedrooms, once of which is en-suite. One bedroom also has Zip & Link Beds and so can be set up as a super king size or 2 singles. There is a further family bathroom with bath.

If you are travelling with your furry friends then there is a large communal dog friendly area for your pets to stretch their legs.

The full house benefits from underfloor heating served from a ground source heat pump.

Guest access
You will have access to all areas of the property listed. There is no access to the garage, plant room and laundry store.

Other things to note
The Stables sits just outside of the courtyard and so although you do have increased privacy you do still have neighbours.
