Conveniently located 700 yards from the Steamboat Ski Resort, this one-level second-floor 2BR/2BA condo provides easy access to the slopes of the Steamboat Springs mountain range. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including a pool, and multiple hot tubs. Take your morning coffee on your second-floor balcony, furnished with table seating for four. This particular unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only. The elevated location enhances your privacy and offers a more peaceful retreat after a day of adventure.
Drive 3 miles to Old Town Hot Springs for a rejuvenating soak in the 100-year-old natural outdoor pools - open year-round! Explore the history of Steamboat Springs and Northwest Colorado at the Tread of Pioneers Museum, just 4 miles away.
Make yourself at home in a spacious open living area that boasts wooden open-beam ceilings, a gas fireplace with a floor-to-ceiling brick hearth, and stylish contemporary decor. Unwind with a movie on the 60-inch TV. A queen sofa bed and two armchairs seat five. Equipped with marble countertops, ample storage space, and a full suite of helpful appliances, the modern kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite home-cooked meals - including a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. When it’s time to eat, you’ll find seating at the dining room table, with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
Retire to the tranquil primary suite, where you’ll find a stately king bed, a 42-inch TV, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest room is furnished with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a TV. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. This condo has no air-conditioning, but home cooling is rarely needed in the mild summer climate of Steamboat Springs. This second-floor condo is accessible via one flight of stairs and may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues.
A spectacular year-round resort, The Lodge at Steamboat not only boasts an exceptional location one block from the lifts, but it also offers its guests premium amenities that include an on-site front desk and clubhouse, four outdoor hot tubs, an indoor hot tub, free parking, free WiFi, and coin-operated laundry machines. (There is not an in-unit washer/dryer.) There is a free ski season shuttle service that will whisk you away to the mountain or around beautiful Steamboat Springs. Guest access
Check in at The Lodge at Steamboat Front Desk, located in the first building on your left as you enter the property at 2700 Village Drive. Park in the 15-minute check-in parking area, then head around the left side of the deck, up the stairs, and through the door on the right.
Front desk hours are 8am-8pm in summer and 7am-10pm in winter. The front desk will issue your key card for unit and property access.
If you're arriving after hours, the front desk will contact you with lockbox information before closing time. For after-hours assistance, call Strong Arm Security.
The front desk is a great resource - call them with any questions about early check-in, late checkout, local activities, or referrals for grocery delivery and airport shuttle services (shuttles are third-party and must be arranged in advance).
Other things to note
The Lodge at Steamboat offers a heated pool and hot tubs, open 10am-10pm daily (hours and availability may vary seasonally). These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Public laundry facilities with coin or app operation are available on the premises - contact the front desk if you have questions.
