Relax with the whole family at this peaceful countryside retreat in West Fife. Enjoy cozy nights in front of the fire and stunning views from Fife across to the Lothians. Surrounded by fields there are ample opportunities for long and short walks. We are perfect for family gatherings and all pets are welcome to enjoy all areas of the house and the fenced garden. There is also the large, communal, fenced dog friendly area.

The space
Newly decorated and furnished, the property has a fresh and homely feel to it and also reflects the agricultural land that it sits in. All kitchen appliances are modern and the bathrooms spacious and contemporary.

The ground floor consists of a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area all with views across the valley. There is also a porch, entrance hall and large shower room. The first floor has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are ensuite. One bedroom has Zip & Link Beds and so can be set up as a super king size or 2 singles. There is a further family bathroom with bath.

There is a large grass garden which is fenced on all sides and has a seating area. We also have a large communal fenced dog friendly area for your pets to stretch their legs

The full house benefits from underfloor heating served from a ground source heat pump.

You will have access to all areas of the property other than the plant room, laundry store and garage so there is plenty of space to enjoy.

The Farmhouse sits in a 6 property courtyard development so there are close neighbours but you will also have a good level of privacy.
