`Ski In & Out` is perfect for those who want to make first tracks while the rest of the group is still sipping coffee by the fireplace. Walk down the driveway, strap on your skis and make your way along side the road to the Thunder Wolf Ski lift, as long as snow conditions permit! If the road is not snow packed, you will just walk up the road a short distance to the Puma lift.

This spacious ultra contemporary Ski in/out 4 story, 4 bedroom home sits on a hillside above a creek with stunning views down valley. It features an indoor hot tub room, located at the large front window of the house, you can relax in comfort and still take in the mountain views or relax in the indoor sauna located on the lower level.
During the winter season strap on your ski`s and walk out across the street to some of the biggest and best skiing in America: Big Sky Resort, which gives you access to over 5500 acres of terrain, 24 lifts and 220+ trails. In addition, nearby Lone Mountain Ranch offers more than 80+ acres of groomed trails to explore and has been voted the #1 Nordic ski resort in North America.
In summer you are just minutes from fly fishing, river rafting, golf, hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding and more. Yellowstone National Park and amazing wildlife viewing is only 45 minutes from your door. This is truly nature`s playground!
This vacation rental is a 2500 sq.ft. ski in ski out home with 4 levels.

Ski in Ski out Access:
Ski in and out to Big Sky Resort. Best for skiers. Possible for children and Snowboarders, but ski-in can be more difficult for these groups.
Ski out- Travel down the road to the Thunderwolf Lift.
Ski in- Intermediate and Expert take Silverknife to Bear Back Poma. Ski past the bottom of the Poma on the ski trail to Low Dog Road. From here ski the road back to the house. We recommend beginners ski to the Summit Hotel and walk out the front of the hotel and ski the road the whole way back down to Low Dog Road. Silverknife may be too step for beginners. Note: During periods of melting the road could be exposed and cause the property to lose ski access since the road is necessary for parts of the process. Home is only ski accessible when road is snow covered.
Interaction with guests
We are a well established property management company specializing in vacation rentals here in Big Sky. It is our goal to create ease and convenience for you while on vacation. Our check in and checkout process is all through online communication. We will keep in contact with you before arrival to ensure you have the directions you need to access the home you are staying in. Check out is just as simple! This ensures you can access the home at any time of arrival without having to make an extra stop once you get to Big Sky. During your stay we are available 24/7 for anything that might come up. There is an afterhours/maintenance phone number posted in the home for your convenience.
This neighborhood is made up of long time residents and several vacation rental homes. Like the rest of Big Sky this is a friendly safe place where everyone knows everyone if you are a year round resident! Take time to say hey to your neighbor, they might have some great tips to add to your Big Sky adventure!
The Town Center is 7 miles from the home. A wide variety of great restaurants and shops can be found in Town Center. There is also grocery stores, a movie theater, liquor store, and much more.
In Big Sky you have the free shuttle/bus service called Link to the Peak. There are several pick up locations around town. The shuttle will take you from the designated pick up to Town Center, Meadow Village, and the Resort; all free of charge. This shuttle runs hourly.
The Big Sky shuttle is a great way to get around. We always recommend having a rental car, it can take the headache out of your day especially when trying to make it up to the resort for first chair on the lifts. Some of our homes are nowhere near a pick up location so having your own vehicle or a rental car would be critical. Feel free to ask us more about this if you are concerned about the location of the home you are booking.

RENTAL RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR: Properties Managed by Beehive Property Management
PETS - are not permitted under any circumstance and evidence of a pet will be grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement. Evidence of a pet will result in an additional $500.00 cleaning fee.
AUTHORIZED USE - Guest will use the Property only as a personal vacation residence. Guest will use the Property for lawful purposes only and will comply with any and all legal regulations.
GUEST INSPECTION - Guest will, on arrival, examine the Property and will immediately report any damage discovered or any equipment not in operating condition to Beehive Property Management.
GUEST GENERAL DUTIES - Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition, and will use the Property in a careful and lawful manner. Guest will pay for any damage to the Property, including, without limitation, any necessary or appropriate maintenance and/or repairs required because of guest’s damage. Guest is responsible for securing the property, including windows and doors. Guest will be responsible for any losses incurred due to Guests failure to properly secure the Property. Guest will leave the Property in a good condition (less ordinary wear and tear) as received by Guest upon Guests arrival.
CHECK-IN TIME is after 4:00 p.m. Please notify everyone in your party.
No early check-ins or late check-outs available unless previously arranged. We may have someone checking-in on the day of your departure. For that reason we must adhere to these times and reserve the right to enter the unit promptly at the check-out time on the day of departure. Un-approved late check-outs will be charged ½ days rent. You may call 24 hours in advance to request an earlier check-in or check-out, but we cannot guarantee in advance.
Check-out: 10 AM
-Check-out time is by 10:00 am. Please be on time, as our housekeepers need time to get the property ready for the next guest. Guests checking out between 10:01 am and 12:00 pm will be assessed 1/2-day’s rate. If you are leaving early, please notify our office.
-Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on.
-Start a load of laundry
-Return all furniture to original locations.
-Garage door opener, pool keys and permanent parking passes are left on the counter (if provided) $75 replacement fee if lost.
-Garbage must be bagged and taken to the cans.
-Please insure that there is no excessive cleaning required due to your visit.
-Leave us a note about any repairs that need to be done if you did not mentioned already.
-Please double check that you have all of your belongings; especially check outlets for phone and camera chargers. (There is a charge to return items left behind.)
-Please turn off all fans and lights. Set heat to 58 degrees.
-Lock all doors and windows, check them and return key to the lock box.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - The maximum number of guests in the unit is limited to the number of persons specified in the property description. Additional guests will result in an immediate termination of this rental agreement and forfeiture of all rental fees.
THIS PROPERTY REQUIRES A (3) NIGHT MINIMUM STAY (unless agreed upon by owner).
OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT - Guest will use and /or operate all furniture, furnishings, appliances and mechanical, gas, electric, and plumbing fixtures and equipment located on the Property safely and for their intended use. If Guest does not know how to properly use and/or operate any equipment, Guest will contact Beehive Property Management for instructions. Any damage caused to equipment through Guests misuse will be the Guests responsibility.
WIRELESS INTERNET AND TELEPHONE - Most cell phones get good reception, but please check with your service provider to determine coverage. We are not responsible for limited or non-existent coverage. There is wireless high speed DSL available in the unit.
PROPERTY ALTERATIONS - Guest will not make any alterations in or to the Property, including moving furniture, paintings, rewiring or moving electronics (TVs, stereos, etc.) Guest will not use fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials on walls or furniture. All media devices, TVs, Stereos, Gaming systems, etc.. are checked and will be left in working order. You will be charged if you unplug or reconfigure devices and we need to troubleshoot or restore the system to working order for the next guest.
NOISE AND DISTURBANCES - Guest will behave in a civilized manner and will be a good neighbor respecting the rights of surrounding property owners and guests. Guest will not disturb, annoy, endanger, and/or interfere with surrounding property owners and guests. If excessive noise or disturbances occurs resulting in notification by police or neighbors, Guest may be asked to vacate the Property and will forfeit the reservation and any monies paid.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. You may inquire about this service for an additional fee.
PARKING - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; any applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. BEEHIVE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT assumes no liability. Parking passes are located inside the unit. Renters must display parking pass on the rear view mirror at all times. Failure to display may result in towing of vehicle at renter`s expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure
HOT TUBS - No Children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tubs without an adult present at all times. When using the hot tub, remember there is certain health risk associated with this facility. Guests use of the hot tub is at Guests sole risk. Beehive Property Management makes no representations or warranties concerning the conditions and/or use of the hot tub. Guest is fully aware that the hot tub and surrounding patio/deck may be dangerous. Guest will learn about safety precautions during the check-in process and/or by reading the safety information in the guest book. A local Hot Tub Company sanitizes refills and replenishes chemicals in all tubs prior to your arrival. Therefore, the water may not be warm until later the first evening of your stay. If the hot tub is left excessively dirty and requires additional service, you will be charged $50 against your security deposit. Please use the chemicals as instructed! Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. DO NOT STAND ON THE HOT TUB COVERS, they will break and you may be charged for a replacement cover. Please remember to cover hot tub when not in use to maintain temperature. If at any time the hot tub looks cloudy or dirty, Guest will cease and further use of the hot tub and will call Beehive Property Management immediately.
Fireplace - Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
