Great 2 bedroom, one bathroom UPSTAIRS apartment in 100 year old building walking distance to wonderful restaurants, bars, TaxSlayer Center (formerly iWireless and The Mark), Mississippi River, walk and bike path, small grocery, Post Office, Cop Shop nearby!! Many John Deere offices and the Rock Island Arsenal Army Installation within a mile. Awesome deck out back!!

The space

You will be staying just 4 blocks from the TaxSlayer Center (formerly iWireless and The Mark), home of the Quad Cities Mallards hockey team and host to many amazing concerts. The Mighty Mississippi River is 3 blocks away and has a wonderful walking path and bike path, not to mention beautiful sunsets, as well as access to the Channel Cat water taxi so you can head over to Iowa (not in the winter, tho, sorry!)

The Apartment has 2 bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one bedroom with 2 twins. The living room has a queen sofa-bed and there is also a twin inflatable bed available.

The kitchen is a nice size and has a bistro table and 4 chairs, as well as a microwave, coffee maker WITH COFFEE, dishes, pans....just about everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

Guest access

You will enjoy the entire Apartment (1200 square feet). The back deck is amazing, and you will have access to the sun-filled deck right off the kitchen, complete with lawn chairs, a picnic table, and a patio umbrella.

Access to the apartment is via a locked, secured, and interior stairway.

Downstairs you will find SoHo Salon where you can get a nice haircut from Kristy. Also Detailed Designs by Julie for wedding and other event planning.

My wife an I️ spent the night here to see Elton John at the Tax Slayer center. We had friends and family stay with us and there was plenty of room for 7! It was clean and there was plenty of amenities. It couldn’t be closer to restaurants and bars right downtown. A 5 minute walk to the Tax Slayer Center. Thanks Pam for the great stay!

Easy to get to, clean, very well kept and comfortable with tons of character. Host communicated promptly and was very helpful with our late arrival. Guests who have trouble with stairs should contact Host for more info.

This is a great location for a stay in downtown Moline, within walking distance of many great places. Great for large or small groups. Pamela keeps in touch very well and is very organized with her instructions.

Hi everybody -- i look forward to having you as our guest in our wonderful apartment in downtown Moline. I recently "semi" retired from and sold my business, Two Rivers Massage, which is located one block away from this AirBnB apartment. I'm now offering Canine Massage as well as some human massage. I just got married for my first time (08-01-15) and dan and i love to camp in our vintage camper and ride our harleys. I lived in Alaska for 20 years, but am glad to be living back in the beautiful Quad Cities now! Safe travels...and see you soon!!
