Had an amazing stay here. Not only was it clean when we arrived but Manuel thoroughly cleaned it during our stay which I was not expecting! Was lovely and our towels had even been made into an elephant, felt more like a hotel service than an air bnb! In addition, Craig and Manuel were very helpful in accommodating our awkward arrival time in the early hours of the morning. Had lovely AC and a nice hot shower. It's in a perfect location, minutes away from restaurants and shops and a pleasant bike ride away from the public beaches (20/30 mins). Bike rental place round the corner, and was also recommended a delicious sea food restaurant by Manuel which is also round the corner. Mid stay Craig was also very helpful in accommodating friends of ours to stay in the same complex so we could be near to each other which of course made a big difference to our time there. If I'm ever in Tulum again I will definitely be staying at Craig's, no question! 100% recommend

I had such a great stay at Craig's. the apartment was very big and in a great location in the local part of the town. Isobel and Manuel who looked after the apartment block were super nice and it was great having the apartment cleaned every day. I would definitely stay again. Such good value for money too.

A very good place to stay in Tulum! Clean, comfortable and safe. Everything you need is about 5 min walk except the beaches (a short taxi ride).

Yes we felt welcome. Thanks to Craig's directions we found the Hotel easily. We learned things about the culture of the people who live in Tulum when we stayed at this hotel.

I would not stay here again or recommend. It was overpriced and inconvenient - requires a taxi to and from if you have luggage. We arrived on a Saturday night lots of loud partying and dogs yelping. Needs a few more pillows on the bed. The worst part was the shower. I was literally scalded - barely short of first degree burns ( same scalding water in kitchen sink). The trouble with the shower is that there is a wall which prevents user for trying to turn off the water any way other than by walking through the scalding water. You'll see if you go there what I mean - better yet don't go and see what I mean. On the good side, the people who met us were kind and the place was clean. The kitchen was very useful and appreciated. When I looked at the photo I thought someone might be able to rest on the couch but it is way too narrow for that.

Interesting lady who probably doesn't travel much. Yes, when you come into a town if you have a bunch of bags you need a taxi. We are five blocks away from the bus station and the taxi costs 25 pesos, less than 2 dollars. We are not the Hilton, we don't pick up and drop off people. The shower has two handles, one is hot the other is cold. Yes, if you are dumb enough to only turn on the hot one it will give you hot water, duh!!! I think if you read the rest of the "real reviews" of normal people who travel you will see we are a great place to stay.
