This gorgeous ground floor condo in Santa Maria del Mar offers an excellent American style floor plan. It features a very large and open kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms, the master suite with a large walk-in closet, and an American style washer/dryer combo unit as well. Each bedroom contains two beds (1 queen, 3 full) and easily allows for 8 people to stay comfortably.
The kitchen is well equipped with all mod cons and the back terrace is very secure with its own iron gate and mosquito netting. Allowing for a cool draft to drift through the house whilst still remaining secure. There are air conditioning units in both bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room. There are also two stand alone fans that can be moved to any part of the condo according to your desire.
The luxurious 3 seater sofa and two arm chairs allow you to watch the 32″ plasma television in comfort. There is a large combination of English and Spanish channels available on cable whilst the free internet will allow you to keep in touch with friends and family back home.
Your terrace overlooks the courtyard and pool and you are surrounded by lush, tropical landscaping. Santa Maria del Mar is a beautiful and secluded community situated just a short walk from Bavaro Beach. In addition to the swimming pool area, Santa Maria del Mar features outdoor grilling and a barbeque area.

Included within this condo is cable. There is a general free internet service that is shared by the community. If you require a stronger connection then this can be arranged. I can recommend a provider who will give you unlimited 10mb/s download and 1mb/s upload for an additional $50.
Please note that all electricity consumed during your stay must be paid for upon check out. I will read the meter (with you) upon arrival and departure.
This is a great location with short walk to beach and los Corales shops and restaurants.
No smoking is allowed within the property but you may smoke on the balcony. No pets are allowed.

I am originally from London, UK and have traveled to 34 different countries, lived in 5 of them and 10 years ago decided to move to this part of paradise - I have never looked back! In 2008 became an administrator where I live and have also been a property manager since then. The main concern for me is to ensure that the client has a good time whilst the property is well maintained. As an owner and a traveler I see both sides of the situation - I pride myself in giving a quality service to all parties involved.
It is easy to get to a hold of me and if there are any issues (which is bound to happen once in a while) I like to get them resolved within 24 hours, that is my motto (depending on public holidays and busy schedules etc. of course) but I believe I have managed to reach this goal at least 95% of the time.
If there are any questions that you need answering, don't ever hesitate to ask, I take pleasure in helping everyone.
