Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Enjoy the patio or deck and cozy up to the outdoor firepit. Socialize with family and friends inside with two large living areas featuring plenty of seating and pool, foosball or wet bar to keep guests entertained. Three large bedrooms that sleep 6 comfortably as well as a sofa sleeper for kids or tag-along adults! Located within walking distance to the Owner's Club or a short cruise down the hill to the Marina.

The space
Guests will receive 4 proximity cards to use at the Owner's Club. Access includes use of the indoor/outdoor pool, gym, and exercise room. The entire home has been completely remodeled and updated with modern amenities. Every bedroom and living space has a smart TV. All the comforts of home are located here.

Four proximity cards are available for use at the Owner's Club located at 2000 Territory Dr. Each person must have a proximity card to enter the Owner's Club. Children 5 and under do not need a proximity card. Each additional person over the age of 5 must purchase a day pass for $5 each at the office located inside the Owner's Club. If you are parking your vehicle at the Owner's Club, you must have a parking pass displayed in your car. The parking passes are free and can be obtained in the office as well. Towels are not provided at the Owner's Club, guests must bring their own.
