This condo comfortably sleeps 8 with its 4 beds (1 queen, 3 doubles) divided into two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a/c and the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom as well as a very large walk-in closet where the safe is located. Both bathrooms have baths with showers, the sink is off to one side allowing better access to all facilities. The living room comprises of a 2 seater and 3 seater sofa and also has a plasma television. There are ceiling fans located in various positions within the condo as well as two upright stand alone fans.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities allowing you to cook whatever you want whilst you are away from home (e.g. microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster, oven etc). There is an American style washer/dryer on the terrace leading off from the kitchen. Upstairs you have a private gated roof terrace where you can relax on the rocking chairs or sofa in the cool breeze whilst watching watch the sun set.
You have access to the pool and it is only a few minutes walk to one of the best Mexican restaurants. The other restaurants and convenient stores, pharmacy, bars etc., are just a short walk away.

Other things to note
Included within this condo is cable. There is a general free internet service that is shared by the community. If you require a stronger connection then this can be arranged. I can recommend a provider who will give you unlimited 10mb/s download and 1mb/s upload for an additional $50.
Please note that all electricity consumed during your stay must be paid for upon check out. We will read the meter (with you) upon arrival and departure.
This is a great location with short walk to beach and Los Corales shops and restaurants.
No smoking is allowed within the property but you may smoke on the balconies and top terrace. No pets are allowed.

I am originally from London, UK and have traveled to 34 different countries, lived in 5 of them and 10 years ago decided to move to this part of paradise - I have never looked back! In 2008 became an administrator where I live and have also been a property manager since then. The main concern for me is to ensure that the client has a good time whilst the property is well maintained. As an owner and a traveler I see both sides of the situation - I pride myself in giving a quality service to all parties involved.
It is easy to get to a hold of me and if there are any issues (which is bound to happen once in a while) I like to get them resolved within 24 hours, that is my motto (depending on public holidays and busy schedules etc. of course) but I believe I have managed to reach this goal at least 95% of the time.
