•Check in 3.00pm and check out 10.00am. Failure to do so many incur payment of the equivalent of 1 day rental

•The number of occupants must no exceed the number on the confirmation sheet. Booking will be cancelled as a result.

•Tenants agree to allow the Agent nominee to enter the premises to carry out any necessary repairs or inspections.

•All Breakages and damage to the accommodation premises and its contents must be paid prior to departure.

•TENANTS NEED TO SUPPLY THEIR OWN LINEN: Doona covers, sheets, pillow slips, and towels.

•PREMISES MUST BE LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY AND EADY FOR IMMEDIATE OCCUPANCY BY A NEW TENANT. OTHERWISE A CLEANING FEE WILL BE CHARGED.

•No furniture or effects are to be removed from the premises during the tenancy; all furniture and effects must be left in the same position as were a commencement date of tenancy.

•Tenants agree that they will not create a nuisance or do any acts, which shall be of any annoyance to the owner or the occupier of the subject property or any adjoining property or KEEP ANY BIRD OR ANIMAL ON THE PREMISES DURING TENANCY.

•Tenants are responsible for the safekeeping of accommodation keys. If the key is lost the tenant is responsible for the cost of the replacement lock or key. Tenants requiring a key from the agent of this representative after hours may be charged a service fee of $50.00. Tenants are liable for damage caused when doors have been forced open, owning to keys being lost. No responsibility is taken for personal property that is left on the premises.

•The booking is made in good faith by the agent AND MAY BE SUBECT TO CHANGE, the agent is not responsible for actions taken by the owner of the premises outside the agents’ control. Prices are subject to change. Tenant may be notified by the owner/agent prior to the commencement of the booking. (Every reasonable endeavour will be made to offer alternative arrangements should this occur).

•In the event of the property being offered for sale, the tenant agrees to allow the owner or his agent to inspect the property with prospective purchasers during reasonable hours by prior appointment.

•KEY WILL NOT BE GIVEN PRIOR TO PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT.

•ALL KEYS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE OFFICE ON DEPARTURE

Unbeatable location and value. 1 minute walk to beach, shops and cafes - could not be closer. Extremely well equipped in true old school holiday house style - loads of books, games, dvds etc. Very well set up kitchen with everything needed. Super clean. Some might say a bit dated in style, I say retro! One of the best beaches in the state, the best fish and chips in Aus at Georges and the best ice cream in the world at Dooleys!
