The space
A beautiful, spacious, and clean one bedroom, one bath condo with one of the best locations on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Almost everything you want and need is within a close walking distance including restaurants, grocery store, shopping mall, water taxi, bars/lounges, 24-hour convenience store and more. You will also enjoy the many complimentary amenities and services that the property has to offer.
The spacious one bedroom condo has a well-appointed kitchen with granite counter tops, microwave, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, complete set of cookware, dinnerware, and utensils. The dining room seats six guests comfortably. The living room has a TV and DVD player, a sleeper sofa, and a Murphy bed (shown in pictures). The master bedroom is spacious with a king size bed, a TV, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a beautiful vanity with granite. There is also a balcony overlooking the city with a patio table and two chairs.

All guests will have access to the pool, jacuzzi, saunas, fitness center, and laundry facility. In addition, there is a concierge on the property from Sunday through Thursday to assist with local information. The reception desk is open 24 hours a day.

Other things to note
Upon booking, you will be asked to verify your full name and address matching your ID. You will be asked for your email address for the purpose of receiving your resort issued confirmation. Please note, Airbnb confirmations will not be accepted at check-in. Your ID will be required at check-in for verification purposes along with a credit card for a refundable security deposit.
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day for assistance shall any issue arise.
The Jacuzzi is currently closed for maintenance.
Parking is limited onsite, During high season and busy weeks, parking may be limited to 1 vehicle on a first come, first serve basis
