Our contemporary 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is located in an iconic Edinburgh building. Decorated to a high standard with 10ft ceilings & huge south facing windows. Located at the end of the world famous Princes Street within easy walking distance to main tourist attractions. Great connections to the airport and close to the 2 central rail stations.

Luxury modern apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in prime central location. What more could you want for your stay in Edinburgh? A wonderful alternative to a hotel.

The apartment is on the first floor - not too many stairs to climb. It has 10ft ceilings making it very bright and light. It is spacious, contemporary and comfortable with modern furnishings and fittings. The 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make this an ideal place for a family or 2 couples.

The bedrooms are at the rear of the property providing a relaxing and peaceful place to sleep. Bedroom 1 has a UK King (US Queen) bed, an en-suite shower room and a flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 has a double bed.

Access to the local bus system is literally on your doorstep. Haymarket train station is a 5 minute walk, Waverley train station is a 20 minute walk or 8 minutes by taxi. The new tram system has a stop nearby, just minutes from our apartment. Edinburgh airport is less than 7 miles from the apartment. The Airlink bus (stop outside apartment) and tram provide an easy transfer to the city.

We try to be flexible on check in (normally 3-8pm) and check out (normally before 10am). If these are important to you then please confirm before booking. Guests will be met by a "Friendly Local" on arrival (time to be agreed) to handover keys and show how things work in the apartment.

We pride ourselves in trying to give guests the best possible visit to Edinburgh. From first inquiry through to check out, we are happy to give advice and answer any questions promptly.

The apartment is at the end of Princes Street in the West End (part of New Town). You will find a wide selection of shops, boutiques, cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs, bistros and grocery stores on stepping out the door. These are places where you will find locals, not just tourists! Directly below is a Sainsbury Local (grocery store) where you can buy everything you need for your stay.

A glorious network of Georgian streets in the West End create a bohemian feel to this part of Edinburgh. Minutes from the world famous “Princes Street”, easy walking distance to all the main city attractions and just 5 minutes from the International Conference Centre (EICC) and “Finance District”.

This is an excellent location for anyone who wants to enjoy all Edinburgh has to offer.

Access to the local bus system is just outside the apartment. This is a wonderful way of getting around Edinburgh - you would expect a bus to take you along Princes Street within a few minutes

Our apartment is within easy walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, Princes Street and the Royal Mile where you will find most of the major attractions. Although in a very central location, our bedrooms face a the rear so you will get a good nights sleep! Easy airport access by tram, bus or taxi.

The apartment does not include a parking space. There is no need for a car whilst staying here and we recommend not keeping a car in Edinburgh. If you do plan to have a car, we can provide information on street parking and car parks nearby, although these can get expensive or are time limited.

The location is amazing and we loved the apartment and Andrew was really great with communication. We were personally welcomed by Karen who was lovely. We had milk, juice, bread and tea supplied which was really considerate. Overall we had a wonderful time. We would definitely stay again.

This is a great flat in an ideal location in Edinburgh. Everything is in walking distance from the flat and the Airport bus stops right outside. The flat is clean, comfortable and very well equipped and there are lots of helpful suggestions for things to do around Edinburgh. Andrew was always very quick to respond to all communications and helpful and Karen who met us on arrival was also very efficient in responding to texts and helpful. There was also a very good welcome pack waiting for us on our arrival. I would definitely recommend this flat to anyone who was visiting Edinburgh.

The flat was great, very spacious & warm! It was very comfortable and easy to get to from the train station. Even though the flat gives onto a main street, we didn't hear anything. Great location. It helped even more that Edinburgh weather was great, so walking around the city was beautiful.
